Guest guest
Hi Bob, By live, natural foods, are you suggesting a raw foods way of eating? I would be interested in learning more about this. Thanks, Karen
Guest guest
Hi Karen, Of course, eating more life, raw food is great. I have gone through periods of my life when that was all I ate. In fact, there was a time, when after 20 plus years of a veegetarian/veganish diet I had some really severe anemia. They did a bunch of tests. Then they were talking about bone marrow. My X wife said I should go on a raw juice diet. I adopted that to a quart of raw veggie juice every day and only raw food. After a couple of months, my chemistry in my blood was the best it ever was. My anemia was a thing of the best. The doctor's said they never saw that reversal before, but they were sure it had nothing to do with that " raw bizarre " diet. I also, since I was trying to be healthy, started an exercise program that has remained active for about 10 years, minus two stupid years after a car accident. I haven't been on a raw food diet since, but I have always maintained a high amount of raw food in my diet. To lose weight, don't try and eat less, eat more. Just make it lots of salads and high volume foods.
