Guest guest
Hi Rachel ~ Welcome to our group! We have a lot of great recipes in our files so make sure you check them out! That's good you are trying to get the whole family to eat healthier. What types of vegetarian dishes have you been trying out? There are so many great healthy options out there! We have a bunch of different cookbooks we reference on a regular basis and also whip up our own creations every now & then. Again, welcome! Cindi, co-owner of group " R.H. One more year and I'll be in the next group Also: * Are you are vegetarian (or vegan), still working at it, or still thinking about it? How long? Still working at it... I am trying to give my Dh a healthier diet as he has high blood pressure. I can't get him to kick the meat habit totally, so we eat it a couple of times a week. I have managed to make it so he only eats meat *in* the house once a week, and when we eat out. That's been for about 3 months now. * Are you the only veggie or wannabe in your household? How many others? I am the wannabe, but there are two children and a DH I am trying to make healthier * Do you do the cooking or is it shared? Nope... it's all my job. Which is good because I don't like people messing in my cupboards WAIT! Anything else you would like to tell us? This is your Big Chance!!! Not that I can think of... just here to get some ideas Thanks for letting me join! ~Rachel~ .
