Should anyone besides me enjoy it, I'll post the recipe early next week. I also have a vegan modification for The Frugal Gourmet's pasta carbonara. It's still is not lo-cal, but it has no cholesterol. I'll post that too if anyone would like it. My kids ask for it by name: Dad's red & green pasta!
