Does anyone know of a site or other resource that can show the ratios of splenda to nutrasweet to sugar to molasses or whatever? I think I have an allergy to splenda or something, because the few times I've tried it, it tastes fine, but then I get nauseous soon after. So if this calls for 1/2 cup of splenda, is there an equivalent of an alternative? Anyone, anyone? Breakfast Cookie 1 cup oatmeal ½ cup fat free plain yogurt ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla ½ cup splenda 1 teaspoon healthy oil Preheat oven to 350° In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
