Yum...this looks good!

 

Does anyone know of a site or other resource that can show the ratios of

splenda to nutrasweet to sugar to molasses or whatever? I think I have an

allergy to splenda or something, because the few times I've tried it, it

tastes fine, but then I get nauseous soon after. So if this calls for 1/2

cup of splenda, is there an equivalent of an alternative?

 

Anyone, anyone? :)

This recipe from Zen looks intriguing. Guess what I’m going to have for

breakfast this morning!

 

 

 

Breakfast Cookie

 

1 cup oatmeal

½ cup fat free plain yogurt
