Guest guest
Cindi, Thanks for telling me about Samhain. In my Sunday school class we are studying different religions. We haven't got to paganisun (if that’s a word) yet. Our big holiday is Thanksgiving. That’s when we “reflect on what we've harvested in your life over the past year and what we will bring into your life during the next one.” But then again we celebrate Thanksgiving everyday. It's the time of year to honor those who have passed away during the year and welcome new babies that have been born. It's also the time of the year to reflect on what you've harvested in your life over the past year and what you hope to bring into your life during the next one. There was no ill intent behind my statement; if you don't celebrate or take part in fall holiday celebrations, just disregard my well wishes! :-) Cindi Laura wrote: Cindi wrote: > > > > And happy Samhain/Halloween to you all! > Cindi > We are having no cheese pizza on whole wheat crust and cabbage soup. What is Samhain and why are wishing me a happy one? Laura in MI
