Guest guest
I use Fitday, at the fitday.com site. Mostly I like it, at least I've gotten sorta used to it, but I really don't have anything else to compare it to. From my observations on other lists, this seems to be the one that is generally recommended. However, one thing that I need help with, is finding some software that will compute the nutritional data in a recipe, which I could import to Fitday as a custom food. (this is another feature of Fitday I like). It seems that there should be a simpler way than having to manually add up everything and then fill in the empty blanks, unless I'm just not using all the Fitday features. If someone knows how to do this on Fitday, I'd love to know how. Otherwise I need a software calculator to do the math for a whole recipe.
