Guest guest Posted June 4, 2006 Report Share Posted June 4, 2006 The site mentioned looks wonderful - is vegan too, which should please just about everybody ;-) BUT please remember that being vegan does not necessarily mean suitable for slimming (or weight loss) just as being fat-free doesn't mean that either. Sugars in various guises, refined flour, etc., are not recommended as part of a healthy slimming diet. Pity, that. It's best to save the recipes mentioned for taking to the homes of friends and family, leaving on doorsteps, carrying to potluck suppers, whatever. There. I've said it. (looked really really good, though, didn't they????? Yum!)
