Guest guest
I believe mine is a soyajoy. I will check later. I do soak the beans the night before, but that is it. I put water up to the line in the machine, put the beans in the cup, turn it on, walk away. In approx 15 minutes it is done. I can add vanilla and sweetener if I wish. It doesn't taste like the store bought, which can be good or bad! But I find often that if MY taste buds are stimulated, it is too high in fat or sugar to be good for me!!
