Guest guest
Chocolate Ice Cubes These ice cubes really help to satisfy a chocolate craving but without the calories. Take one package of chocolate sugar free, fat free pudding. Mix it with two cups of water, not milk. Pour the mixture into a mini ice cube tray. I prefer to use the mini ice cube trays because then each cube only has 3 calories. If all you have is a regular sized ice cube tray only fill each cube half way so it will fit into your mouth. Just divide the total number of calories on the box by the number of ice cubes made and that gives you the total calories per cube. Keep the cubes in a freezer bag and take only one when you need a chocolate fix. Cindi <cindi93069 wrote: How inventive! :-) Cindi zen white wrote: I also cut up celery in small pieces and salt them. Then I pretend they are peanuts. You really have to have a good imagination for this one. LOL ..
