Thanks Cindi, I passed the message along and it was appreciated.

 

To all: I think we're all sorry to see Pat leave, we miss her gentle humour,

encyclopedic knowledge of all things vegetarian, and talent for leading

discussions in the right direction as well as getting a new topic started on

the list.

 

We have here a good list, a continually increasing membership and voluminous

files and message archives. To keep all this going we need more help on the

side of moderating the group: keeping the discussions lively, processing

approval and moderation requests, dealing with problems on the side of the

interface as well as taking appropriate action in the event of someone

failing to keep to the guidelines of posting.

 

If you would like to be a moderator of this group please let me know (off

list) - ideally the moderators should have all the qualities mentioned at

the beginning of this post, have considerable experience of working with

, and preferably be already an owner or moderator of one or more lists.

But enthusiasm and dedication to the list is most important!
