B - Cherry Pie Crockpot Oats

I also drank a mug of coffee - tried to quit but only managed to cut

down to one mug per day.

 

L - Split pea soup and brown rice

 

S - Maybe black bean chili? Or the posole in my Quick Lorna Sass book

that has hominy in it.

 

snacks - banana, apple, watermelon. I also try to drink a cup of

pomegranate juice each day lately. Maybe a pot of Teecino later on,

yesterday I drank tea and had an upset stomach, which tea does to me

sometimes.
