Guest guest
I just HAVE to ask! Honestly, I do (yup <nods head emphatically> You write: > Ingredients (use vegan versions): OK, I'll bite. What would be NON-vegan (or even non-vegetarian) versions of crushed ice or red apples, or lemons BE??? LOL No offence, hon. Just having a giggle - giggles are hard to come by this week, aren't they? Thanks for the recipe too - people forget that it's so easy to have some natural sweetening in such drinks (the apples) without recourse to sugars - I know that people often say a little sugar doesn't hurt, but many of us find that even a little sets up a craving for more (but that's a whole different topic).
