Guest guest
I can't seem to stop at just a handful. Once I eat even a few peanuts, I want MORE, MORE, MORE!! Same goes for peanut butter. And given how high in fat and calories they are, I can easily get myself in serious trouble very quickly. For some reason, almonds don't have the same effect on me usually. , " julie.kingsley " <julie.kingsley wrote: > > I don't know if they are good for slimming but found this: > > Peanuts gaining reputation for health benefits > > Jan 26, 2005 10:16 AM > By Tim Lockette, University of Florida > > > Peanuts are often thought of as a high-fat food, but party goers can > feel a little better about reaching for the roasted nuts.
