I am in my 40's Also: * Are you are vegetarian (or vegan), still working at it, or still thinking about it? How long? I am beginning to become vegetarian and would like to eventually be vegan. * Are you the only veggie or wannabe in your household? How many others? I am the only vegetarian in the house. My husband is the only other person in the house. * Do you do the cooking or is it shared? I do the only cooking only because I am the only one home during the week. My husband is a truck driver and is only home on the weekends. I am also not very creative, so please feel free to give me tips, advice and recipes to help me get started.
