( I have a bit of CRS) I actually have some of those videos somewhere:) I used them for a while and they are great when you can't get outside, or don't want to get outside. I used to go walking until I developed Heel spurs, or now they call it Plantar Fasciaitis(sp). I am a hair stylist, so I was saving my poor feet for work. I have been off work for almost 5 weeks now, going back in 10 days. My feet feel wonderful right now:).I had a total hysterectomy 5 weeks ago so as my tummy healed, so did my feet:). The dogs and I are going to go for a small walk today and gradually increase our distance as time goes by. I have a question. Is coffee drinking ok as a vegetarian? I am curious because I noticed on one of the websites they were talking about not drinking coffee.
