They are for salad dressings, so I thought that I would share them with you. My favorite is the Creamy Orange Dressing. I use it on Spinach Salad or Fruit. But I like them all. These are all kid friendly too! Each one makes 1 1/2 Cups Creamy Orange Dressing 1 Cup plain low fat yogurt 1/2 Cup buttermilk 2Tbs chopped parsley 1 1/2 Tbs frozen OJ concentrate, thawed 2 1/2 tsp honey(I used Agave Nectar!) 1/2 tsp slat 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon Direction: Whisk together Calories: 12 per Tbs Honey Mustard Dressing Ingredients: 1 Cup olive oil 2 Tbs lime juice 2 Tbs soy based mayo(I used Miracle Whip instead) 1/2 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp black pepper Directions: Whisk together Calories: 92 per Tbs Maple Vinaigrette Ingredients: 1/3 Cup olive oil 2Tbs balsamic vinegar 1Tbs maple syrup 2-2 1/2 Tbs dijon mustard 1tsp lemon juice 2tsp chopped fresh basil 1/2 tsp salt Directions: whisk together Calories: 91 The next time you THINK you are perfect, try walking on water!
