I am very excited to find a group like this that includes both weightloss and being a vegetarian! I am looking to lose 50 lbs and be a full vegetarian again. My husband and I hardly eat meat. If we do it is either chicken or turkey. Rarely do we eat red meat. Because we hardly eat meat, my 20 month old son, will not eat meat at all. My hardest problem is finding vegetarian recipes that are quick and easy. And because I have a lack of knowledge about these recipes, if I am totally at a loss as to what to make for dinner I do add meat to it. I would really like to get away from doing this. We really aren't meat eaters so any help would be appreciated! I was a vegetarian many years ago and want to fully get back to it. I do all the cooking in my home and am not fond of being in the kitchen all day, so quick and easy recipes are best for me. Oh and I love to use the crockpot if there are any veggie recipes you can prepare in that! Thanks for letting me in the group and I am looking forward to learning a lot from all of you!
