I would like to search the messages posted on this site in the past about Dr. McDougal and Dean Ornish to see if others have had success with their programs and to see what they are about. I can't search by subject so I thought I would just put these questions out there and see what I can get back. Have you tried either of these programs? What are they like? Did you lose weight? Hi there, I am sure those who have had experience of these diets will be pleased to help ;-) As for those members who are no longer active, you might want to check the messages after all - 's changes make it very easy to search the archives. Just put the word McDougal in the search box at the top of the messages page and in seconds you'll have messages relating to that. Then try Ornish for the rest. You'll be amazed - I tried McDougal and got more results than I thought I would or could. Amazing! OK, it's rarely I applaud , but that IS an improvement!
