I agree about the weight training kicking up the metabolism a little. What I do might be more realistically called toning, but I do use light weights, and I can tell a difference in both my weight and also appearance. I might even be able to find the book at our library--sometimes our library can borrow it on interlibrary loan. Thanks again! WHile it's not bodybuilding specific, it does have some good information in it, and a few references (such as proetin needs for bodybuilding etc).
