I might find it interesting for myself as well, even though I'm not bodybuilding, I am trying to stay toned and strong! Sounds like a nice group! I'm tired too! One teenager (future body builder hunk...lol), and one 20 yr old in wayyyyy too late. I never really sleep till I know they're home. I can relate to the totally non-athletic. That's how it was for me all through school--I have bad memories of being the last chosen for dodgeball and any other competetive game. I was a total klutz. It was a revelation to me in my late 20's that it was actually fun to get a little stretching and movement in where nobody was judging me on my performance! Thanks for the info!
