Regarding iron supplements, I always recommend Floradix Iron+Herbs.

It is food-based and comes w/ or w/o yeast. You can read more about

it on their site at www.florahealth.com

 

I have no affiliation aside from that of a happy customer. I took

it for a few months when my iron numbers were not looking up to par.
