Guest guest
> This one I shall be trying today - am delighted to find it! It came from Megan ;-) And I did try it - and highly recommend it! It enhanced the salad I made (see below) very nicely. There was some dressing left over from the small salad I made to go with our cooked grain and veg and tofu dish, but that's no problem at all. As Megan commented, it goes nicely with sea vegetables, which is why I singled it out to try. Here's my Sea Veg. and Cucumber and Apple side salad for two - 1 handful (won't measure in a cup) of your favourite sea vegetable (I used a shredded nori, so called), soaked in hot water and then drained and chopped for bite-size 1/3 English cucumber, halved lengthways and sliced into thinnish half-moons 1 apple, quartered and sliced like the cucumber small amount onion slivers, amount equal to 1 very thin slice Spicy Miso Salad Dressing (as in Files and previously re-posted) Combine the vegetables, add the dressing and serve. Remarkably tasty. Best love, Pat
