Hi Laura,

 

The pasta with olive oil coating and nutritional yeast sounds really

good. Thanks for suggesting it!

 

I have not looked at the uncheese cookbook--will google it. Thanks for

the pasta tip--can tell that will be a good one!

I'm glad it was useful. It is yummy! The Uncheese Cookbook is by Joanne

Stepaniak who is a great vegan writer (recipes and inspirational books). She

gives details of how to " fake " various cheeses.
