Marty 2) How old are you (roughly)? I just turned 43 3) Where do you live (what country - what town, city or region)? Charlottesville, VA, USA 4) How long have you been a vegetarian/vegan? Been in transition for a few years and pretty solid for a year 5) What is your favourite (vegetarian) food or meal? I love tofu/tempeh. All kinds of fruit cooked with food in savory dishes. Greens and sprouts, plus many grains. 6) How did you find this group? Searched . 7) Is there anything specific you want to get out of the group? Info, pals, recipes, etc.. 8) Tell us a few of your favourite things. I like to exercise- run walk, hike also reading and writng hanging out with friends Talk is cheap.
