Hi everyone,

I've been having some problems at the moment. I have been veggie for about

5 years now but just lately i have been craving the dreaded m**t! I have

never had this problem before and all i can put it down to is that

1. I'm bored with what i am eating - i have the same meals over and

over but i don't have much time to cook.

2. I'm eating too much junk food and should be having more vitamins

and minerals, which my body is trying to tell me about by craving obscure

things.

3. I know i'm not drinking enough and i'm dehydrated which isn't

helping with number 2.

4. I am totally fed up with crap veggie options in restaurants - i had

the worst italian salad ever at a place on Friday night.

I have IBS which means that i often feel bloated and this is giving me real

problems when it comes to my diet. I often feel full but not satisfied and

i have trouble drinking fluids. I have to drink little and often but i

struggle to do that at work. I'm a teacher so i have to grab a quick drink

before school and at lunchtime. I'm so fed up with feeling so full i feel

nauseous but not actually feeling my satisfied, if that makes sense.

This has seemed more like a rant on my part than a question but i was just

wondering if anyone has any advice, recipe suggestions, or if anyone has

been in a similar situation and has any ideas. I constantly feel like my

body is hung over.

Thanks,

Laura x
