Guest guest Posted April 26, 2006 Report Share Posted April 26, 2006 I have made two attempts at a lentil loaf. The first one was too bland and did not hold together for slicing. The second was too dry. It held together a little better. Both of these were based on lentils and brown rice. Can anyone suggest a recipe for a moist lentil or veggie loaf that will not fall apart?
