But there are other ways to get your exercise other than swimming, running, and lifting weights. Admittedly, walking (for example) isn't as dramatic, but good walks two or three times a day (the medics say now that two or three times a week is enough, but that's no good to tell someone who used to work out regularly, eh?) all add up and help to keep the muscles toned, the body healthy and the weight down.
