Guest guest
all from exercising for 1 hour a day. In the summer I increased it by taking some time from my job and going to the pool...I think stress put weight on me...seriously... I went from size 22 to a 6. I've gained back about 50lbs because I started eating in restaurants in 2005...people say they can't tell...the personal trainer says alot of it is muscle as I started lifting weights..I'm solid...but...I want that 50lbs back off...I don't care if I can still wear my old clothes 10s and 12s (I'm 5feet 8 inches). I swear restaurant food is not good for me personally...too much salt. Since I've given up non vegan foods and reduced stress I've lost about 2lbs in a week. Hoping that continues as that's how it left me the first time...about 7lbs a month...looking forward to that sort of loss again...and now I know how to keep it off. Best wishes to all on eating properly. vegetables are the way to go. , " jonrees81 " <jonrees81 wrote: > > Hi Guys, > > Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.
