Two Comments about TVP

I have two comments about TVP:

 

I buy dried TVP in the bulk bins of my local Coop and I use it wherever

casseroles call for ground beef. You can make your own version of TVP which is

quick and simple. Frozen tofu gets chewy when it has been frozen about one

week. Add spices as you like and add it to your [formerly] favorite recipe for

ground beef. I use this in spaghetti sauce all of the time. My family never

notices the difference.

. I'm not fond of the taste :o/ I have a package or two that I

want to use up - can someone share a recipe that hides the flavor of

TVP?

 

I'm hoping that I may develope a taste for it :o)
