My name is Rachel and it is fine to call me that

 

2) How old are you (roughly)?

3) Where do you live (what country - what town, city or region)?

I am in the US in Pennsylvania

 

 

4) How long have you been a vegetarian/vegan?

I have been a Vegetarian for about 10 months now

 

5) What is your favourite (vegetarian) food or meal?

Hmmm that's kind of tough but I would have to say chikn strips with pasta

and alfredo sauce or morning star corn dogs

 

 

6) How did you find this group?

I did a search

 

 

7) Is there anything specific you want to get out of the group?

Just advice and recipes. Sometimes I am not always sure about different food

additives and it would be nice to talk to others that have more experience

 

8) Tell us a few of your favourite things.

My dog, writing, cooking and spoiling my dog rotten

When I first started looking into food additives, I found that a good

site to check out was http://members.aol.com/docvegan/index.html . I

can't say that I'm perfect about avoiding every single non-vegetarian

additive, but at least it gave me more information to work with.
