Hi,

 

Sorry I haven't posted in so long, but I get busy and forget.

 

Well, I've been a vegetarian for two months now. I'm doing great on

the diet and I'm trying a lot of new recipes and food. I lost 10

pounds and I quit taking the prilosec for my stomach and haven't had

one single tummy ache since I quit the " m " word! I eat a lot of

spicy things too! Is that cool or what??? I can't believe how much

better I feel.

 

I just read something here about beef cubes/granules. I just wanted

to make sure there are no animal products in them. I used to

occasionally use the chicken ones. They come in handy every once in

a while.

 

One really dumb thing I've been doing without thinking: I'm still

taking my fish oil capsules. YIKES!! I will switch back to the

flax oil as soon as I use up all the the fish oil caps I have. I've

heard they are a lot better for you than flax. Anyone know more

about this?

 

Anyways, hope I didn't bore you all half to death with this long
