Guest guest Posted February 21, 2006 Report Share Posted February 21, 2006 " Cooking without Fat " by George Mateljan Gazpacho prep time: 15 minutes chilling time: 2 hours or longer ingredients: 1 1/2 cup no salt tomato sauce 1/4 cup water 1 cup chopped tomato 1 large clove garlic, chopped 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 cup peeled, chopped cucumber 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 2 green onions including tops, chopped dash hot pepper sauce to taste (optional) chopped fresh parsley of chopped fresh cilantro for garnish directions: 1. Combine all ingredients except parsley or cilantro to medium bowl. 2. Cover bowl, chill several hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend. 3.
