I'm still trying to get caught up on my emails. Forgive me. I don't mean to be rude. This past Friday I fixed a black bean soup that was so yummy. My hubby ACTUALLY liked it! It had celery, black beans, bok choy, fresh parsley, & mushrooms in it. YUM!!!! Last night I fixed a 3 bean chili. Oh my stars it was yum!! served it over brown rice. Kids LOVED it! thank goodness theres plenty leftover so no cooking today for me! LOL I got a bunch of oranges from my Aunt's trees. So we are eating the heck out of them. ) Trying to eat fruit & NOT sweets!! I was dying for cookies.. so I went for Gingersnaps. Low fat & took care of my cravings. I got fat free whole wheat fig bars, but I can eat 5 gingersnaps for the same calories as ONE fig bar!! Darn it! I do love fig bars.
