Oh well, that's up to you. There are other lists. This is however a low-fat

list. And yes

there's fat in avocadoes, nuts, some beans, tofu, soymilk, blah blah blah As

for those who

avoid added fats, it's surely a matter for their medical advisors to

decide.(Gall bladder

sufferers come readily to mind.) Nevertheless, this is low fat not NO fat,

although those

who avoid it altogether are most welcome here ;-)

>I like being able to go eat whatever I want.

That's always a problem, eh? <smile>

Frankly I think that's quite irrelevant to this discussion, that's all.

Okay, gotta go and rescue the seaweed, but I hope I've cleared up the matter of

the

description of this list. The homepage states it all clearly, I would have

thought:

'VEGETARIAN HEALTH AND SLIMMING is a place for vegetarians, vegans, and all

those

interested in following a vegetarian diet to share healthy recipes and to

discuss issues

related to health and diet.

'Come and join us, and be prepared for a spectacular journey through a feast of

culinary

delights! Who said low-fat food has to be boring?'

Clear as we could make it.

Best, Pat
