Guest guest
Welcome, Susan. So you have a longish history with being an on-again-off-again vegetarian? Well, maybe we can show you how to stick to the vegetarian way! And if you have already lost so much weight (40 pounds! Good for you!!! Way to go, girrrrl!) because of changing your way of eating, then you won't want to eat me*t at all ever. Might as well go all the way to a completely healthy me*t-free diet! I am sorry about the tragedy with your friend, but sometimes these things really jog us into action, don't they. Throwing out all the processed foods and stocking up on whole grain flours, pastas, breads is a start - then on to wonderful kinds of beans and lentils - as well as all those wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables - way to go! > ... and so this group REALLY caught my eye. It is Exactly what I was > looking for. ) I don't want to get into a " cheese & peanut butter > habit " . Well, it's not unhealthy in itself, in moderation, but it won't exactly make for a healthy diet if that's all you have LOL But so easy to make a sandwich with such easy things, right? Well, go to our Files and you should find some wonderful easy meals you can make that the whole family will enjoy - and they'll be healthy too! > I am looking forward to getting to know ya'll & learning from ya'll. > Thanks for letting me join. Delighted to have you here! Let's hear from you often! Best, Pat (Co-owner)
