To fill it in, hit Reply, fill in below or beside each question, and re-address the questionnaire to the group at vegetarianslimming ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Questionnaire (all questions are optional): 1) What is your name or what would you like to be called? Patticake 2) How old are you (roughly)? 35 years old 3) Where do you live (what country - what town, city or region)? Missouri USA 4) How long have you been a vegetarian/vegan? I just began to eat Complex Carb, Low-fat Vegetarian approximately 2 weeks ago. I had some health problems this last summer - early Breast Cancer (very early thank goodness) - and need a healthy, low fat diet and to lose some weight. Time to make some changes. 5) What is your favourite (vegetarian) food or meal? Baked, sliced tomatoes with Italian seasoned bread crumbs & a little low-fat mozerella cheese on top. 6) How did you find this group? Did a search on 7) Is there anything specific you want to get out of the group? Receipes that are kid-friendly and busy mom friendly. The stuffed french toast receipe in the files section sounds really yummy. Plan on trying it this week-end. Also, maybe some tips on balancing the missing protein (iron?) from just grains, dairy, fruits & veggies....like I said, I am very new at this! Hopefully, I will find some receipes along the way that I can share with you too! 8) Tell us a few of your favourite things. I like to read romances (Nora Roberts) or thrillers (Steven King books like Misery) and watching old " I Love Lucy " re-runs. Scrapbooking is fun too but with a 4 year old, I don't get a lot of it done. Thanks!
