The only reason I used green onions is that my son calls them baby green

onions and he eats them. He doesn't eat green beans, and that is what

the original recipe had! (c8 I would think almost any vegetable would

work. I would like pea pods, water chestnuts, also fresh ginger instead

of the garlic? Maybe red pepper chunks, or any color pepper chunks,

carrots, peas?

 

I use a 13 ounce package of pasta for one recipe of this sauce. Also

one recipe of sauce for 6 to 7 cups slaw mix works if you're doing that.
