Today I think I will up the insoluable fiber along with the fiber. How did everyone do yesterday? If you wan't to I would like to see more people posting their menu's for the day. So I and others can get some idea's. My menu's are rather simple. I figure if a recipe has more than three ingredients I can't be bothered. I am trying to watch my fat intake and my caloric intake. I'm not sure how many calories I am getting but I feel good. I just don't want to stall my weighloss by cutting down too much and I don't want to gain by adding too much in. Guess I will have to closely monator my progress. I have been dieting, today will be 6 days. My weight to begin with was 185. I am looking to loose 20lbs by febuary 22nd. I do intend to go on from there I have a long term goal to reach 140lbs. Well as of today I have lost 7lbs. I lost the 7lbs the first three days I was on the diet. Nothing else just yet. It's only going on three days since my last weigh-In but it's not looking good. I need to loose 4- 5lbs a week. I didn't do any measurments. I probably should have but I do see some difference in body appearence. I have to work on not rushing it too quick. I have a problem that if I don't see some weighloss every day at the least every week I get discouraged and think it's not working and go and try something else. I know I have to give it time. I am commited this time around to doing this and doing it right. Does anyone else have anything they would like to say about their progress or any other thoughts? Thank you for listening. I know it was long. Kimberly
