Guest guest
I saw this recipe on the cooking channel. It sounded interesting. It is very easy. Ingredients: 1 pound spinach (washed and cleaned) spices (your choice) water oil (canola, peanut etc - your preference) OPTIONAL In blender blend spinach water and a few drops of oil until the consistancy of " salad dressing " . You can omit the oil but I find that a few drops makes the dressing smoother. Add your favorite spices - I use garlic powder and onion powder For an added kick you can also add one or two drops of hot sauce. Not too much or it will know your socks off. This keeps in the refridgerator for a week or two in a tightly closed container. You can freeze unused portions for later use. Another trick is to divide the unseasoned dressing into 3 or 4 portions and add different spices to each.
