Guest guest Posted January 5, 2006 Report Share Posted January 5, 2006 Hey Jan! I'm making my first attempt at soy yogurt tonight and I'll let you know how it turns out. I've had great luck with making it with cow's milk so I'm hoping it will work as well with the soy milk. I'm using a fat free soy milk and a small cup of organic soy-yogert for the active cultures. It makes plain yogert and I then add Stevia for sweetness and either vanilla or mushed up fruit for flavor. I'll let 'cha know. You may be able to still enjoy your strawberry yogert and in making it yourself, you can make it as low fat and calories as possible.
