And especial congratulations and good wishes on becoming a brand-new vegetarian - you should feel better for it very quickly. Well, all I can suggest right now is to have a good look in the Files for the kinds of recipes you like - and then if you see something that looks do-able give it a try. That's the best way, I think - just jump into the deep end! Since you like to cook, you shouldn't have any problems. But if you do - just ask for anything you need to know. We're all friendly here!
