Roasted Bell Pepper Soup

Greens with Goat Cheese and Grapes

Corn and Ricotta Pie

Spaghetti Squash with Peas and Almonds

Contains eggs and dairy products.

 

A day ahead:

 

• Make the Roasted Bell Pepper Soup. Store the soup and garnish separately

in the refrigerator. Bring the garnish to room temperature before serving

and heat the soup through as needed

 

• Cook the corn for Corn and Ricotta Pie.

 

• Bake the spaghetti squash for Spaghetti Squash with Peas and Almonds.
