Cashew Cream

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup raw cashews

1 cup white grape juice

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Use this as a creamy topping for fruit, pudding, or cake.

 

In a blender or food processor, grind the cashew into an even meal. Add the

grape juice and vanilla and blend together until smooth and creamy. Strain

out any lumps and chill. Makes approx. 3/4 cup
