The cals and fat depend too much on brandname products, etc.

and I think Rose's estimate is low.

 

I was thinking of that ... What! nine seed bread? whatever with this combo.

Avocado and Arugula on Sesame Bread

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 slices sesame or whole-grain bread

2 ounces soft lowfat cheese -- (2-3-oz)

1/2 small avocado -- sliced

arugula

salt and pepper

 

Spread a slice of sesame or whole-grain bread with 1 to 1 1/2 ounces smooth soft

white cheese or goat cheese, low or medium fat as you prefer. Lay slices or ripe

avocado on top, using half a small avocado per sandwich. Cover with fresh

arugula leaves and season with salt and black pepper -- freshly ground. Spread

another slice of bread with soft cheese and press on top.

 

Est. 300 calories with 13 grams fat.
