5 Vinaigrettes

Shake together in a jar:

 

Tomato-Basil: 3 tbs olive oil, 1 tbs red wine vinegar, 1 tbs diced fresh

tomato, 1 tbs chopped basil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper

 

Sherry-Walnut: 3 tbs walnut oil, 2 tbs sherry vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper

 

Balsamic: 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 tbs balsamic vinegar, 1/8 tsp sugar, 1.4 tsp

salt, 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

 

Raspberry: 3 tbs olive oil, 1 tbs raspberry vinegar, 1 tsp minced shallot, 1/4

tsp raspberry jam, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper

 

Pesto: 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tbs white wine vinegar, 3 tbs pesto, 1/4 tsp salt,

1/8 tsp pepper
