Combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup sour cream, then stir in any of the

following ingredients to create the flavor of your

choice.

 

To Make Basil-Dill: Stir in 1 tsp white wine vinegar, 2 tsp chopped parsley, 2

tsp chopped basil, 2 tsp chopped dill, 1/8 tsp

pepper

 

Lemon Parsley: Stir in 1 tbs lemon juice, 2 tsp lemon zest, 1 tbs chopped

flat-leaf parsley

 

Cucumber-mint: Stir in 1/4 cup grated cucumber, 2 tsp chopped mint, 1 tsp white

wine vinegar, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1/8 tsp salt

 

Gorgonzola-garlic: Stir in 1/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola, 1 tsp white wine

vinegar, 1/4 tsp minced garlic, 1/4 tsp pepper

 

Maple-mustard: Stir in 2 tbs whole-grain Dijon mustard, 2 tsp maple syrup, 1

tsp cider vinegar
