This easy side dish will bring elegance to your weeknight dinners. Combine wine and oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet and bring to simmer over medium-high heat. Add garlic, curry and ginger and cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes. Do not let mixture brown. Add both mushrooms and stir well. Reduce heat to medium and cook until mushrooms soften and begin to exude moisture, 5 to 10 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high and cook, stirring, until mushrooms brown slightly and are very fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt to taste.
