5 tomatoes (5-6) -- skinned and chopped

1 onion -- peeled and chopped

1 garlic clove -- peeled and minced

salt

lemon juice

 

Mix the tomatoes, onion, and garlic together in a bowl, and season with salt and

a squeeze of lemon juice.

 

Yield is approximate.
