Peach Salsa

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 ripe peaches -- peeled and chopped

1 ripe tomatoe -- chopped

1 bell pepper -- seeded and chopped

1 garlic clove -- minced or pressed

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 to 1 fresh chile -- peeled and minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

dash of ground black pepper

 

In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.

 

Set aside for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Covered and

refrigerated this salsa will keep for 2 to 3 days.

cayenne.
